i don't know about the changes you made to the original but if i can give you my
two cents then it would be to:
- either get rid of the rose brush (it doesn't fit in with the rest of the
background) or find a better blending mode for it probably?
-making the background softer didn't suit the image well; i would suggest you
return it back to the way it was.
-the fountain looks a bit off to me. it seems that the different levels of the
fountain spout are coming from the outside, rather than it being a single piece.
i hope you know what i'm trying to say. @_@
-last but not least, i really think you should just go ahead and vector the
entire background. the brushes just aren't working well with the vectored
characters.

to answer things bluntly, no real "man" carries a condom along with
him. what are the chances of someone being out in the middle of nowhere and HAVE

condoms is just to seem mature and to impress their friends. maybe you should

taught might i add, and it's not very hard. just start playing around with it.

aside from what has been suggest before me i would asgree that the esthetics
look nice and could use some work, but i feel you need to work on validating
your code. possibly even making the leap into xhtml, but if this works,
"keep on trucking."

works well and it has the instructions.
if you know your way around flash, try using the media components. i have 2004
MX by the way. i dont know about past versions.

not really good at delivering speecches or whatnot seeing as im some what of an
anti-socialist and all. but
thats pretty much it, you talk about the issues that are going on in your school
and say how you will fix them. throw in a couple of issues all the students have
in common and hope that you make enough of an impact for them to remember your
name. you dont want them to vote for whoever when the time to vote comes. so get
your name out there A LOT. good luck. =]

i suggest you turn the song into a media flash file. many hosts dont like to stream mp3's but all of them should let you stream swf's.
